Because they are breathable, soft cotton scarves are particularly recommended for cancer patients, especially for those experiencing chemo or age-related hot flashes. Our "tlc" scarves are all in hard-to-find, soft and washable, 35 inch cotton squares. Pretty on their own, or wear them under a large brimmed hat for extra sun protection outdoors.
