How can I browse products on your site?
We offer multiple ways to shop on our site. The "department" links located in the top navigation bar are designed to help serve you during your shopping experience, making it quick and easy to browse through the department of your choice. The "Quick Order" area at the top right of each page provides links to each of our departments and sub-departments throughout the site. The "Home" page is designed to get you to product selections quickly, under the departments
in which you're most interested. Use the links on the category navigation bar to see all of our "Sale Items". Use the site in conjunction with your catalog for greater product detail and special features by clicking on the "Shop by Catalog" link at the bottom of the right-hand navigation bar or at the bottom of the page. Typing keywords in the "Search" box is another way to find specific products you're looking for.
Return to the "Home" page at any point while shopping by either clicking on "Home" in the top navigation bar, or by clicking on the ‘’tlc"® logo at the top of the screen.
To order a "Free Catalog" simply click on the link "Catalog Request" on the top navigation bar and fill out the information. The catalog offers you the opportunity to shop at your leisure - offline - with sharp, colorful photography and interesting facts and stories. You can also have a catalog sent to friends and family you think might enjoy our offerings and sign up to receive special email promotions.
The "Quick Order" section allows you to shop for products by simply entering the item number of one of our products from our print catalog.
The "Search" box offers you a quick way to enter a word(s) related to the products you are looking for to view our offerings containing that word. If your word doesn't produce the results you were looking for, you can also enter a product number found in the catalog to quickly access a specific item in greater detail.

How do I order a product?
Products are displayed on "browsing pages" nine at a time. Multiple pages of products are navigated using the page numbers and buttons in the upper or lower right side of the screen. The page displays a small picture of the product, the name, and price. If you would like to find out more about a particular product, simply click on "More Info" or on the product image or name to see a more detailed description of the product with a larger image. If you would like to purchase the product, choose the appropriate size/model and color (if needed), indicate the quantity you would like and click "Add to Cart".
When you add an item to your cart, the page changes to show your shopping cart. Here you can remove items, change the quantity or enter promotional codes. Once you have the appropriate items in your cart, you can click "Continue Shopping" to return to browsing products or click "Continue to Checkout" to proceed with the checkout process.
Our "Checkout" process is a quick four-step process: Account, Shipping, Billing and Confirm. Enter the required fields according to the step-by-step instructions and you will quickly be on your way.

Why can't I place an order?
Your inability to place an order may be due to your setting of cookies. Our site has no way to keep track of your specific shopping cart unless your system is set to accept cookies. If you would like to enable cookies, please try the following procedures:

You can create an account as you check out the first
time you visit us. To create an account without ordering,

I forgot my password.
If you forget your password you can reset your password information by first clicking on "My Account", then clicking on ‘Forgot My Password’. After we have received your request, you will receive an email with your account information, including your temporary password. The email will be sent to the account that you originally used when registering. After you receive this email, you can log in and change your password or use the original one.

What is the cost to ship my package?
The charge for Standard Shipping (up to 2 weeks or
7-9 business days) is $5.00.
Express Delivery (2-3 business days) is an additional $5.00 (add an additional 2 days for Alaska and Hawaii).
If you order before 1pm CT, the day you order
will count as one of the 2-3 days. However, if you
order on Fri. before 1 pm
CT (other than from Alaska or Hawaii), you will
receive your Express package on Tues. or Wed. of the
following week. If you order after 1pm CT
on Fri., you will not receive your package
until Wed. or Thurs. Overnight Delivery (only on orders placed by
1pm CT) is an additional $15.00. If you order on Friday
before 1pm CT you should receive the package on
Tuesday. If you order after 1pm CT you

What shipping methods are available?
Standard Shipping - This is our
standard shipping method for orders unless otherwise
specified. Please allow up to 2 weeks or 7-10 business
days. Express Delivery - This optional upgrade to your shipping method should get your in-stock order to you within

What is the "tlc" return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with any
product, you may return it for a full refund, exchange, or
credit within 60 days of shipping, provided that the product is
in Brand New Condition (not worn or altered) and is returned with
all the tags attached, in the original packaging, exactly as
received. Because our sale prices are so very low, we can
not accept returns on sale items, except for sale Wigs,
which may be exchanged. Wigs must not be teased, cut or
combed out. By "original packaging" we mean, in the case of
Silicone Breast Forms for example, the cardboard box the
Form is packaged in (not the carton used for shipping the
Form). A Form must also be returned with its cotton-spandex
Cover. We can not accept returns of items that smell of
smoke or perfume. Please allow up to four weeks for credit

Can I exchange an item?
Within 60 days of your order you may exchange an item that is in
brand new condition. We accept exchanges of items for a different size, model or color, and exchanges for different items than originally purchased. If you place an exchange request, we will process a return for the item you originally purchased and then place an order for the new item.

Within 60 days of the order you may exchange or
return an item that is in new condition (unless it is a sale
item). If you received an item as a gift and wish to return
it, we will issue a credit or refund to the person who gave
